A bulbul sized warbler with short stubby bill, Greyish brown above and dirty white below, Slightly warmer brown rump and tail, buff wash to breast and flanks. Lacks prominent supercilium and shows pale grey lore and diffuse Buffy grey eye-ring. Often shows raised crown feathers. Habitat : Tall grasslands, shrubs and bushes.
