Looks: Dark slaty-grey in plumage with small black crest. Bright red bill and legs. Square shaped tail. Lives: Evergreen forest,shola forest etc.
ഈ പക്ഷിക്ക് പൊതുവെ ഇരുണ്ട ചാരനിറമാണ്. തലയിൽ ചെറിയ കറുത്ത ശിഖയുണ്ട്. കാലും കൊക്കും തിളങ്ങുന്ന ചുവപ്പുനിറമാണ്. നിത്യഹരിതവനങ്ങളിലും ചോലക്കാടുകളിലും കണ്ടുവരുന്നു.
